SIM LIMB LLC – Refund and Return Policy
This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for returning an item purchased from SIM LIMB LLC (“We” or “Us”). By purchasing an item from Us at www.simlimb.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms and conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items delivered more than 30 days prior to the initiation of a return.
Items not purchased directly from www.simlimb.com.
Customized items or special orders.
Opened sterile products.
Items purchased for resale.
Items not in resalable condition.
Discontinued or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact Us at [insert contact email or phone] within 30 days after delivery of the item to you. We may request photographs or other details to assess the condition of the item. If the return is authorized, we will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

The RGA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return shipping box. Do not return items without first obtaining authorization from Us.

Note: Issuance of an RGA number does not constitute approval of a refund or refund amount.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Acceptance Conditions
Returned items will not be accepted if any of the following apply:

The item is returned without prior authorization.
The RGA number is not clearly marked on the shipping box.
The item is delivered to Us more than 20 days after the RGA number is issued.
The item is used, worn, opened, or not in original condition with packaging and tags.

If the return shipment is accepted by Us, the item will be inspected. If deemed unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, a refund will be approved.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from all approved refunds. The calculation is as follows:

Amount Paid = Item Price + Taxes paid on Item Price*
Restocking Fee = 0.25 x Amount Paid
Refund Amount = Amount Paid – Restocking Fee

*Excludes shipping fees, tariffs, import duties, or region-specific charges.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of acceptance and inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, please initiate a return following the procedure above and place a new order separately.
